He was really nice which is why I gave him 4 stars, but he wasn’t at all knowledgeable about how to install a ceiling fan in a concrete ceiling. Made me go with him to Home Depot for an entire hour, and made me buy him materials for drilling which he should have had himself. Like I said, a nice guy and I feel bad giving low stars, but you probably shouldn’t be sending him out to do this kind of work
