Larry was very responsive in fixing our tenant's bathroom fan. He showed up within the designated time window and the tenants were very pleased with the results. I'm pretty satisfied especially since our communication was smooth and succinct. I would use his services again.

He was really nice which is why I gave him 4 stars, but he wasn’t at all knowledgeable about how to install a ceiling fan in a concrete ceiling. Made me go with him to Home Depot for an entire hour, and made me buy him materials for drilling which he should have had himself. Like I said, a nice guy and I feel bad giving low stars, but you probably shouldn’t be sending him out to do this kind of work

Ruben was great! He let me know when to expect him when he got a bit delayed on his way to our house. He did a great job installing a ceiling fan and left everything spotless when he left. Would definitely work with him again.
