Too much time spent on low priority things like windows/dusting. My kitchen wasn't cleaned very well as a result.

Emma was great! Even though her time ran out she chose to stay to finish up some things. Plus she was super amiable and professional.

I love how Diane actually checks off everything she has done on my list- it makes me feel like she is really paying attention to my needs.

I was hoping she would clean the tile backslpash in the kitchen. Should have specified. She wa gracious when Handy screwed up the scheduling

We really appreciate and value Sheri. She does an excellent job every time and really goes the extra mile. She is punctual, professional and very proficient, but more importantly we have found that she is a kind, compassionate and thoughtful person. She pays attention to what we have going on and will frequently find and do the things we didn't realize we needed. She is great with our pets and they love her, too. They will even hang out and watch her while she vacuums which we think says a lot about her calm demeanor. We highly recommend her.

Melany did an incredible, incredible job. I was blown away with how amazing my home looks after she finished.

Jesus is fantastic. Excellent communications and the house looks great! Cant wait for him to come back!
