Hi. The feedback i just left is in regards to a cleaning scheduled last week. The handy professional asked me to reschedule to this week due to a personal issue. Which i totally respect and am in no way mad about. What i didnt see was that he asked for my cell number because he was contacting me on a temporary number. So when he didnt come today, i realized that number had expired and there was no way for him to contact me. However, due to this miscommunication, my house has still not been cleaned. So #1) i dont want to be charged for that service because it didnt happen (i havent been charged yet because i need to update my debit card on the app) #2) i would really like my house cleaned before 4/9 because im having a birthday party here that day. I also leave for hawaii on monday and return 4/3 so its a bit of a tight window. #3) i dont want him to be rated negatively or get in trouble with handy for this feedback. I understand that life happens and he was very communicative regarding the situation and really happy to reschedule. I did not see his note about the number so he tried to do what he could wothin his power to rectify the situation. I am in no way mad about the fact that he needed to reschedule. I just dont want to be charged for a service that didnt occur and want to get my house cleaned.

She was very meticulous in cleaning our apartment. She did not cut any corners and completed all of the tasks.
