Everything was great and was very thorough but he forgot or did not know he needed to clean the oven. Is there a eay to get refunded for it?

Shannon is phenomenal! Probably one of the best Handy experiences I've ever had! She is so detail oriented and I walked into my apartment thinking I was staying at a hotel!
