Sharlene is very professional and does an amazing job. I would be thrilled if I could be sure of Sharlene being scheduled every time.

Overall, good job. There was still dust and crumbs on the upper shelves in the kitchen and i had to re-wipe bits of the floor.

There was some confusion in the morning with the time of the appointment but it was resolved and the cleaning was great!

I was overall pretty happy with the servicr but one of the main focuses i specifically asked (shower tiles) to have cleaned wasnt done.
