She arrived late, cleaning was slow. Overall cleaning quality was good. Good attitude. Could work better on timing/speed.

First, Ana is good at communicating with her clients. Second, she prioritizes which rooms need cleaning as you request. She is thorough and does a great job. Finally, if she finishes early she asks what other things you need done. She’s got great energy and is always a pleasure to have in my home.

Gave 5 stars for excellent cleaning. He was a few minutes late arriving, and i think washed his feet in my tub before leaving
