I recommend that you introduce yourselves when you arrive and explain why there are 2 people, so the customer understands the situation.

I was so pleasantly surprised to see how thurough the cleaning was. My tub looked almost brand new. I am so grateful, I really needed it.

At first she said dishes were no longer included. Then it seemed to take her a long time to clean the upstairs, & rushed the rest.

Floors in kitchen could have been swept/mopped a little better. Some streaks on several surfaces. But overall pretty good.

Latrice did a great job. I alerted her at the 2.5 hrs mark (12:15-2:45), but she wanted to stay 35 more mins and do the living room.
