Observatory Circle Home Cleaning

No bedrooms/living, focus on kitchen (stove-top) and bathroom (bath-tub) need work.

I do have a dog. I’ll keep him in a separate room while working. Trash is only allowed to be taken out between #-#am. Please gather the trash by the kitchen trash can and I’ll take it out after.

If you have a carpet cleaner I can pay extra for that for the carpet to be cleaned

Cleaning the bathrooms is most important. After that, the kitchen. (If time happens to run short, then the bathrooms and kitchen are the top priority.)

I started a wash for you. And the clothes on the dryer are finished and just need to be finished. There’s a suitcase in the living that needs to be unpacked (sorry it’s been a heavy travel week for me)...

Please use Murphy's Soap to clean hard wood furniture. Will be provided by owner.

Trash chute is located down hall past elevators on the right. Looking for a dee clean of unit before selling.

Deep clean (including stove, oven and refrigerator) for move out. There will be no furniture in the apartment.

If trash has not been picked up, place garbage bags out front near the sidewalk.
