removing all garbage and recycling is very important. no need to clean bathtub (unless there's extra time)

We’re moving out so all the furniture is gone. Just need floors, surfaces, oven, fridge, cabinet insides, and bathroom cleaned.

Please come with a good vacuum the carpet needs serious cleaning and need to vacuum up some dust from the ceiling fan too.

Park in middle driveway if needed. Deep clean behind, on and under furniture.

We prefer eco-friendly products whenever possible. Please bring a vacuum; we have carpeted floors.

Two dogs may be here - if they are so will my girlfriend or I and we can keep them out of your way

I have a dog who will be in a crate so will not interfere with the cleaning

Parking is easiest on Channel St. Trash chute is all the way down the hall (left from our door) and to the left. No need to run the dishwasher and please ignore any laundry lying around. Thanks!

Please focus on dusting most of the areas, especially in the basement where dust seems to be the worst.
