Frank arrived on time and was very polite. He took his shoes off and used the hand sanitiser without being told to do so. He worked meticulously and asked my opinion as he went along to make sure that I was happy with the end product. He cleaned up himself and spent the rest of the time helping me with a DIY job that I felt was a bit too adventurous for me to do alone.
