Justin was a fair bit late for the appointment, but got to work immediately after arriving. When the appointment was first made, a recommendation on your website said 2 hours would be enough for assembly and installation, however Justin was here working for almost 5 hours and still has a fair amount of work left to do, so he will be coming back tomorrow to finish the job.
